I doubted between neutral and recommended. It's an ok broker, lets say so. The terminal works good, services are average good and deposit goes well and so on. But, as with every broker I guess, they are slow at withdrawals. One time I had to wait for more than 7 days, breaking all the due dates with my landlady((
However, they always pay you, about that you can be sure. But remember that they have bonuses - a tricky thing. When you trade it's great - the company gives you extra money as percent to your deposit or because of holidays, and you make bigger deals and make bigger profit, and forget that this money is not really yours and you can't get it. I had a small row in my 2-3 month of trading wth them, cause I wanted to withdraw this bonus too, and they explained how it works.
