I have not had a problem with this service, though i do not rely on other people's analysis to enter a trade as i do my own,
The costomer service i feel has been good and have been called just to be warned of certain gaps have ocured ie the cable flash crash a little while 2-3weeks ago asking if i was exposed to though i was not in any trades that day regarding the pound, the rep that rang seemed genuinely concerned. The only product i use is MT4 and with my usage so far has not skipped a beat as far as i am concerned on the odd ocastion there has been a freeze but more to do with server than the program provided from what i can see

My Comment is regarding signing up, i filled in the online form, a broker rang me the next day, i had to go in and take proof of address as my address wasn't coming up, so i went into town, got a Bank Statement took out the balances of course then went up to meet my rep of Halifax NZ this was Thursday 11:00 am.
He said "Great, I'll notify head office and you should get a welcome email this afternoon" after chasing it up a couple of times, he told me my account is now open and i should receive my Welcome Email this after noon, this was Tuesday so 3 days so far.
No Welcome Email arrived, No Welcome Email arrived Wednesday either, so i have sent another Email asking why is it taking so long ?
Their Web Site says, "Join up online and start trading within 24 hrs".
It doesn't fill me with the greatest of confidence to give them my money to hold in an account, what if i ask can i have some money deposited back into my bank account and then also get the run around. Bloody Joke if you ask me.

Halifax turned my $140,000 to $300 in 15 months and not a word of regret. The brokerage they received from the multiple trades would have helped the traders annual bonus though!

Not good.. They always make it sound like they give you advice in their interests, but they have provided shoddy advice. They're just after your brokerage. I had losing trades one after another, and this is from their advisors.. Also, the online software is not very reliable. Despite several bug fixes, it still keeps hanging on me, and they will not compensate you for any errors that occurred from their online platform.
