Who are World Markets?

26 March 2020 By Eliman Dambell

As the name suggests, World Markets are a global presence in the world of financial trading but who exactly are they, and why are they viewed as one of the most well-rounded brokers currently operating? As stated on their website, “ World Markets has clients in every continent – in over 40 countries around the world. We value our clients and are honored to have received dozens of Awards and Reviews from our global network.”

The company was founded in 2003, and predominantly operated within the bullion markets via Silver and Gold. Since then the company has continued to expand its offerings and now has a variety of innovative market solutions.

What Services Do They Provide?

World Markets have in recent years become one the best known automated trading providers. They offer a proprietary Artificial Intelligence Managed Account which provides traders access to multiple markets, without the need for any manual input. From what we have found, their AI tracks markets ranging from Gold, Silver, Cryptocurrencies and STO’s.

In addition to automated trading the company also provides traders looking to trade the markets themselves a competitive solution. This comes with what seems to be a partnership with another Global and well regulated broker HYCM.

By having both automated and manual solutions for traders, World Markets are aiming to be a one-stop shop for those looking to gain exposure into financial markets.

What accounts do they offer?

The company offers its customers 3 main accounts for it’s AI solution.

  • Trial Account

This comes with a capital commitment of €2,500 and requires clients to upgrade within a period of 30 days.

  • Standard Account

This requires a €5,000 investment. It provides members full access to all instruments via AITrading. In addition to this, and as found on their website.

  • 20% Performance Fee. (You earn 80% of winning trade profits, we keep only 20%)
  • Upgrade Option Available.
  • Withdrawals Available Monthly.
  • No spread/pip mark-ups.
  • No deposit or withdrawal fees besides credit card transactions.

  • Gold Premier Account

This seems to be the most sophisticated of their offering, requiring a minimum €25,000 commitment. As per their site service included with this account range from the following.

  • Ability to test Beta Systems available only to Premier Account Holders.
  • 10% Performance Fee. (You earn 90% of winning trade profits, we keep only 10%).

With any financial commitment one looks to make, you want to ensure you are doing so with a regulated entity. World Markets although not directly regulated by FCA, CySec or others, operates using the licensing of it’s partners, who are covered by these institutions. As such and to remain compliant World Markets still conducts KYC and AML checks on all traders who look to work with them.
