Middle of February, without ANY warning whatsoever, they gave the boot to all American residents. Tried to log in one morning, and was locked out of my acct. Live chat was pointless, like something out of an Abbott and Costello Who's on First routine...

They blamed the abrupt and warningless forced exile on Cysec. However, i have other brokers regulated by Cysec who're still quite able to take US clients...

The one bright spot was one of their office girls, Krassi. She worked diligently to get my funds returned.

Overall, i have to seriously question the attempt at anything even approaching customer service on the part of the decisionmakers at this firm. Not many would stay in business long with that kind of outlook toward customers.

* Their Webste is very impressive. They claim that customers' interests are their No. 1 priority.

* Their 'demo-account platform' for market and limit/stop executions are excellent. they even send
you daily confirmation of ALL your past and present demo accounts.

* They have all kinds of promotions and bonuses, free Quick-Card (MasterCard debit), $100 credit
for new account, live account trading contest, etc, etc.

But once you have opened a live account with them and funded it:

# The executions are slow and with many requotes

# They never send you the Quick Card as in their promotion

# They answer your email late, and finally they don't even reply your quieries as though you
are non-existent.

This broker is only interested in getting as many small new accounts and margin deposits as possible,
your trading interests are not of their concern at all.

The spreads are good and they even allow Debit/Credit cards for Deposit and withdrawal which is good but....

They have VERY BAD Live Chat Response

I think they don't have enough chat operators because i do not get Immediate response, Most of the questions or queries are not answered unless you say 'Hello anyone there' and more over you got to be in the queue... sometimes I wait for a day or two or i have to call them to get my query done....!

The people at United World Capital have been very good in their response to my needs. In my opinion more all less all the brokers offers the same things, its that service which makes it different. Until now at least I have been assisted in many ways and have seen no problem outside the usual.
