I have been doing business with this broker for 6 years- actually it was only 3 since my broker forgot about my account for 3 years and couldn't find it or didn't care to find it. Mark Soper took my account from 60k down to your nothing and Mark didn't seem to mind taking the last little bit in cash as his commission to squeeze the account for everything it had.
For people that are supposed to be experts, I would hate to see amateurs do the investing- who knows I probably would have some money left in the account.
One word of advice “from a non expert" RUN AWAY. Invest it yourself- at least you can make a trade to get some of loses back and not watch them vanish.

THEY SUCK. They have tech issues with their front end platform partners that cost you money. Guess what? You suffer. They're gone for the day. And could care less. They won't tell you the data problems until you dig it out of them. Then they act like this is no big deal. It's shockingly incompetent. The industry is not well regulated so you have to deal with these broker pirates.

THIS COMPANY IS MANAGED BY CROOKS AND LIARS.

THEY TOOK MY COMPANY FOR $63,000

WHEN I CONFRONTED MY REP FROM THAT COMPANY JIM KELLY HIS EXCUSE WAS.

"IT WAS ACCOUNTING ERROR" CROOKS AND LIARS FAVORITE EXCUSE.

TWO YEARS HAVE GONE BY AND THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED(FIXED THE $63,000 ERROR)

CROOKS TO WATCH OUT FOR.

Attention: If you or anyone you know are planning to do business with PFG DON'T DO IT. This company has no values. They will suck you dry like leaches. With out you knowing.

PFG owner Russ Sr. and son Russ Jr. along Jim Kelly. Stold from my company $63,000. They called it accounting error. Right, account error for 2 years.

I have proof of the fraud, but the regulators (NFA) will not deal with claim from member to member. Maybe because the owner of PFGBEST is a NFA board member, or know people in the NFA. Now I need to spend all my saving to get my $63,000 out of PFGBEST. This is what is going on to many IB'S. We are talking hundred's of thousand's of dollars this FCM'S are stealing.

The commodity Markets are controller and regulated by the "mafia."

If you have $$$$ to settle claims or buy your way out of problems, you can run a very profitable scam. Just ask PFGBEST with over 31 CTFT claims and still doing business. How do you explained that.

One thing is sure: Excellent service and I'm very pleased with my results over the years. The news about the most important markets is quickly delivered to me. I switched to a managed account as well 4 months ago and I can recommend it to anyone.

This has to be the worst FOREX firm I have ever used. Their fills are terrible and their FX feed is behind all the other competing platforms by as much as 15 minutes during volatile markets. Shocking! Stay well away.

I had a managed account (futures and options ) and they made a complete mess about it
account went from 20.000 to almost zero in less then 6 months

This company has been awful to work with. The trade desk has been what seems unexperienced and very unprofessional. They missed several details which I asked of the broker who was assigned to my account. When I call both him and regular support regarding these mistakes (which have cost me money), they simply blew me off stating that they would get back to me after further investigation. I have called back and e-mailed but get the same story and no help. I just today, closed my account, pulled my balance and am moving elsewhere. If you're looking for a good broker, keep shopping around. I would not recommend PFG to anyone.

At some point you will have a bad fill or a poor execution of a more complex order.
That is when I realized that PFG Best is 'OK at best. They will never admit to a mistake and their arrogance is LEGENDARY. One can do much better
