The website of OEC promises a lot with fast execution and many markets to trade etc . Unfortunately they often run on delayed data and or filter the data that traders get . Many times I get a fill but the price never gets there on the charts . For a broker that has been around many years they still have some major platform issues which they are just 2 slow to resolve . 3 days without some charts operating yet data is still live on the platform is just plain sick .
Daily charts which continually show wrong bars is not acceptable either .
Sales and support staff seem nice but the technical gurus are rude and dismissive and slow to fix simple issues .
It has cost me to much money with issues so far ,although I do remain profitable . Time to look elsewhere .
