and i didnt get my money!! they laying to me that they will send the money by paypal in day this or day that and they dont do it... after i call they hang up on my face most of the times
and when they r talking with me they saying bullshit all the time they r laying all the time and dont want to send the money

INTELFX WITHDRAWAL PROBLEM
I've been a customer of IntelFx since january 2011. I requested a withdrawal from my micro account. The payment was sent to my bank account the same day they processed it. Then I opened a cent account which I closed few days later because I was loosing money due to lack of experience. I requested for a withdrawal. They processed it few days after (May 3rd) but, this time, the payment was not sent to my bank account the same day. The support team told me it would take 3-7 days. On May 12th the payment was still not sent to my bank account. I contacted them a second time, asking them why the money was not sent to my bank account. Marwan sent me a document with the details of the transaction. I checked with my bank : they never rceived the money and told me that the people who made the payment should verify with their bank. I contacted Marvan again and told him to chek with is bank. He told me he will verify with is bank and said maybe they made a mistake. He never contacted me after. I'm still waiting for the payment....

I have yet to receive my with this Broker
I have yet to receive my deposit. Live chat with "Adam" started with a statement that processing the deposit takes from 1-3 days, even with credit cards. Then after a lengthy chat I was promised that my deposit will be processed the same day, last comment from 'Adam' being: 'be patient'. The day is gone and another one and I don't have my deposit.
I find it amazing how slow it is, especially when considering the fact that I live in NZ, where the headquarters for IntelFX is. I'm sure that it is easy to find more efficient and friendly broker for users of MT4.

hey there,
i m a scalper, assian session, and i must say intel fx spreads and execution are the best i´ve seen by far. BUT, AND IT´S A BIG but, THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS. no answer for days, the online support isn´t really there, and it´s not regulated. dont know but it keeps my money away from them

they give you 50% bonus for deposit and when you trade really they will charge your real my money frist and if you loss all your money in you balance you can us bonus for trade forex
to slow for deposit
