This is my first and only broker. Platform is excelent but you must get use to it - not easy at first place especially if you are used to MT4. If you go directly from nothing to Deal Book 360 (own GFT platform) it is not such a shock.

I have not widrawn any money yet. Deposit is simple as the widrawal should be - I did bank transfer from a card.

Customer support seems very operative, they have 24 hour live chat. All problems were always solved within my expectations. For demo they teach you by calling you and guiding you till you are confortable + platform tutorials on their web. Demo account easy to create.

Mini account is possible. Trades execute without delay so far.

The only drawback is that MT4 gives you more flexibility for expert advisor and you can program many things byself, DB360 does not support. In the recent months GFT having problems with historical data charts so I have been limited in backtesting my strategy for a long time now.

Finally, I do recommend GFT for sure. But give 4 stars.
