TOTAL BUNCH OF AMATEURS. THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE IN MOST OF THE PEOPLE THAT STAFFED THE COMPANY THAT WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY DESCENT, WITH A MAJOR CHANGE IN THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES. AND ON TOP OF ALL IF THE MARKET GOES WILD THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO FOLLOW THE ORDERS GIVEN SINCE THE PRICE CHANGES LIKE CRAZY AND ALL YOU GET IS A MESSAGE, PRICE CHANGED, NOT ABLE TO HANDLE YOUR REQUEST.
AND ON TOP OF ALL, IT MANAGED NOT TO EXECUTE SOME BUY ORDERS THAT I HAVE LEFT!!

I RECENTLY HEARD THE COMPANY WAS FINED BY ITS REGULATORY CONTROLLER FOR 25.000 EUR..

Cons
The web based platform could have some improvements (setting the password from the gui for instance).
I don't think you have more advanced things like OCO etc. (but since I don't use those I didn't actually search for it).
Sometimes the z-order of frames and client areas got a little mixed up (doesn't hamper functionality but just looks a bit weird).

Pros
Web based can be easily accessed from any computer.
Fast to start
Has some futures I really like, like entering the rate or the amount of money for SL/TP.
Guaranteed SL
Leverage up to 1:400
Regulated by the cyprus regulator
(they are also registered in various countries like the Netherlands see afm.nl)

My experience so far:

Opened an account on 5 March 2010
They called me back to make an appointment to run me through their platform and funded my account with a 50 USD bonus.
In three different sessions they showed me how to trade using charts, placing orders etc. To do that I started the web based trader gui and an active-x control from a website they game me so they could see my desktop.
After that I deposited money into my account which appeared two days later. They gave me another 10% bonus on my first deposit (this was apparently an offer at the time which I wasn't aware of (note that it is expired by now)).
I started trading and deposited another sum of money which was already in my account the next day.

Started trading on 15 march 2010. After trading for 5 weeks I decided to take some money out of my account (about half of it). This is what I always think as the ultimate test with any bank or financial institution I am dealing with :-). I filled out and mailed the withdrawal form and also entered the withdrawal amount in the web-gui After six days I didn't yet see anything and notified them of that. They immediately offered to send a receipt if I wanted (which I did).
I got the receipt and it was indeed dated six days ago. When I looked again in my bank account that evening the money was deposited. Passed with flying colors :-).

Overall the experience have been very good. They are always very helpful and open and reply fast when there are any questions.
