Finexo all looked good from the outset with the ability to trade on their web based platform, however cracks began to appear very quickly with amongst other issues feed freezing and connectivity issues.
Couple this with a customer service that really didn't 'service' and you have all the recipes for disaster , trying to close out a trade over the phone as you look at a frozen feed is not to be recommended.

Then there was the trying to get your funds back episode which took over a month of correspondence over the phone and online chat only to receive excuse after excuse and broken promises.

I eventually had to resort to the threat of reporting them to their regulator 'cysec' in order to get my funds back , magically my funds appeared the next day...who'da thought it eh?

To compound all of this finexo even then managed to have my credit card used without authorization by what I can only ascertain was one of their staff , this took a few calls to my CC provider to clear up also.

All in all..stay well clear of these guys , it all may well seem professional and well thought out but underneath is a big bag of aggro waiting to drive you nuts.
