figfx is a very good broker. come on, they have 1 pip spread on all majors and give bonuses. which platform can beat that. i know a lot of poeple talk about requote this, requote that. lets face it, which platform doesnt requote when one wants to exit a trade... there r a lot of reasons for that, maybe slow connections or very volatile markets but figfx has been very consistent in their services. they give u very high leverage on any equity u still get to scalp and make profits... figfx is just the best.
i ve seen platforms that when the price crosses your tp by 2-3 pips yet it wont exit your market and the trade would turn into a losin trade. i ve never xperienced that with figfx. they r just the best.

FigFx is a broker with the best service to the client. Supported by metatrader platform that displays the price according to market without any manipulation and execution is very fast, so that help traders in trading. figfx is good broker. they give 100 % margin bonus for deposit , is very help trader to manage his account. very fast execution. no of quote. spread 1 and scalping allowed. withdrawal is ok.

I chose Figfx for two reasons : the fixed 1 pip spread on all majors and the efficient MT4 platform.
The bonus comes in nice for the start too.
I started with a 800 $ account and got 400 $ bonus, which is great.
After 7 months and lots of learning I managed to double my initial account.
I am a retail trader and looking for a 2 - 5 pip profit, but I adapt my trading style if the market changes.
Believe me, it was not easy to make profit, but it never is when trading.
Remember that only 2 % of traders will survive on the markets in the long run.
When I lost money, it was due to lack of knowledge on my side, or lack of good trading routine, not because figfx
tried to get away with my money.
When I got a requote, mostly price was fluctuating too fast to get the requested price.
I learned to get less requotes by using the "allow deviation" box (in the buy/sell box).
Even allowing a deviation of 1 pip solves the problem in most cases.
So, yes I find this a good broker.

One sentence for Figfx...THE WORST BROKER EVER SEEN..

a) rude and arrogant helpdesk,I ask questions and they don't know what to answer they close the conversations and just say "have a nice day" and throw you out from the chat room..
I have the proof of the chats I have saved.

b) you never find them online,you see the label online blinking but in reality they are offline.You can try ten times per day and you can never find them.If you ask them why they aren't online they say that they are busy...

c) they don't have an email service.Strange the operators gave me their mail to submit questions and I NEVER HAD AN ANSWER.I have the proof of all this.(copy of the mails sent)

d) they don't have a landline number and you can't contact them by phone.It's not a joke,it's Figfx...You can only contact them by chat...incredibile!!!

e) I have found a number on their website once and there is always a fax...

f) the broker is actually in Cyprus and not in the US.They use the US address to promote themselves.

g)After complaining about all these problems I started to have requotes on the system..I never had them before.I got in trades winning 25/30 pips in one go and then couldn't close the trade.How strange,are they trying to throw me out as a customer?
I only started having requotes after complaining about how rude the operators are and how inefficient they are.

h) the operators are totally unprofessionaly.They don't know anything about forex.You ask technical questions,they keep you online for 25/30 mins without answers.

I am very sorry to give this review because I beleived in FIGFX and have promoted the company with friends,relatives and on fx related forums always saying they were one of the best companies.(I also have the proof of this,mails,chats etc)
I think an operator should respect the customer,help him in a kind way to solve his problems and try to let him trade without any problems.
Losing 20 pips after trying to close a winning trade with more than 30 pip profit is absolutely a scam behaviour.
Their answer was that I have problems with my computer...
My computer is absolutely fine and before I never had problems with them,I trade on other platforms and never had 7/8 requotes to close a trade.(not in news time)
They have closed the conversation with me several times saying that they didn't want to deal with my requote problems....
The rating for me at the beginning was 8 no it 0.
They are kind and gentle at the beginning in order to make you open the account and then they just treat you like mud.
