I can testify that Figfx is a very good broker in all aspects of trading; especially their withdrawal system is very fast. At least I have withdrawn more than six times within the last three months without any complain. I must also thank their local agent here in Nigeria; they are doing a very good job. I can also confirm that Figfx is a reliable broker because, recently my account (149383) with them was banned as a result of my sharing same IP address with another trader which is against their terms of service, but when I explained to them that it was due to my service provider that offers 3G/GPRS, they were satisfied with my explanation even before I could get an official letter from my service provider to confirm that, and my account was restored. I think what Figfx require from traders is sincerity and you don't have problems with them. I rate them highly – five stars.

Mostly, withdrawing orders are not executed fast enough, almost a week needed and it needed to call your support service beforehand. I don't know how this situation arise, and that made me uncomfortable being your client.
I won't disclose my account number, but that's the truth.
This broker provide tiny spread only, but that's just it's advantage, other's are none.
To all trader who want to try this broker, suit yourself. My advice is, make small of sum deposit.

If any one try to check thier luck at online forex trading ,don't use FIGFX as your broker.They offer good 100% bonus ,1 pip spread and all atractive things which make you to open a account and make a dposit in you account for trading.After few days if you are in profit and try to withdraw your money they will say your account is not verifed though you have already send a document to them and even you can see the status of your account in control panel on their portal,It will show as verifeied.
Their customer support is very bad.They reply to your ticket in 4 hours with no satisfation answer .They have live chart option but it never work it always say all operators are busy.They have phone number helpline but it always go to IVR and finally it said that give us your details we will contact you but you will never get the call from them.
I tried my luck and made handsome profit within a 5 days of open of my account.First time I deopsit $50 and made a profit of $688 on the same day.I request a withdrawal of money $600 but it reject thrice sayin your account is not verifed.I forward him a mail of all my documents but they don't release my funds and to take reveange from me .After 7 days of account opening ,they terminate my account on the ground that you have not send a signed copy of customer agreement to thier office.
Without giving a reminder to me they suddenly terminate my account.When I ask them to show me a customer agrrement which mention this clasue,I never got the customer agreement from them.As a curtousey i asked them a solution for this matter they didn't give me any reply and finally I have to forget all my fund and beared a loss of $688.
From this incident I learned that never trust the broker to whom you are not able to see them. I am from India and to catch this bastard where they are I don't know so I can't even sue them.I lost $688*44 =Rs 30272 which is not at all small amount.
This all incident happend between 11.07.11 to 18.07.11.
I request all the traders not to make a trust on FIGFX ,they have only incoming payment facilities.They don't give you money back at any cost.
