Apparently because while the rating project is new, the very first reviewers (not for all brokers, of course, but for some definitely) are the brokers themselves. The marketing team works well, but once we have a volume of reviews from regular traders, everything will come back to its place.

Their website says headquarters are in Canada, but they also have 2 offices in US.
But, after reviewing their Client Agreement we have a new information: it is, in fact, British Virgin Islands, where the business was registered:
"This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto, and any
judicial or administrative action or proceeding or arbitration arising directly or
indirectly hereunder, or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby,
whether brought by Client or BMFN, shall be governed by the laws of the British
Virgin Islands."
