I have an explanation:
Paypal has a list of Activities that Require pre-Approval, otherwise will be restricted by Paypal.
Forex is listed among such activities.

If we read PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, it says:

Since your broker has lost the ability to deal via Paypal, it should now provide other means to withdraw money for all its clients who used to use Paypal for deposits/withdrawals.

I MADE TWO DEP ONE FOR $150 AND $250 WITH PAYPAL AND IT WENT MY BROKER FIND.
I TRY TO MAKE A WITHDRAW USEING PAYPAL . MY FIRST WITHDRAW WAS $175 AND WENT TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT . MY SECOND WITHDRW DO NOT, HERE WHAT I GOT ON A EMAIL.
FORK indly note that Paypal has stopped FX transactions starting from this morning, " Upon a current re-evaluation of our FX Merchant portfolio, it has been determined that this segment poses a heightened risk to PayPal. Based on this finding, we regret to inform you that PayPal has made a business decision to stop FX transaction".
I DID NOT GET MY SECONG WITHDRAW . DOES ANYBODY KMOW WHAT GOING ON
