i try to get the 15$ from robo and i get this messgae >> control re-bonus accruals system denied you in obtainig - welcome bonus 2 .
not just me but some friends get the same message too .. anyone can help?

21 july 11:04pm London Time i whas trading USD/CHF When suddenly in just 1 second it goes from 0.81383 to 0.83060 and down again to 0.81383 making me lost big money from bonus trading.Clear that this peak occurred only in metatrader4 from RoboForex and NortFX,on trading Point and Plus500 never happend.And in the Wall Street Chart also never Happend!
