Below is the list of brokers who offer MT4 ECN trading.
Those Forex brokers may also offer other regular non-ECN accounts, please pay attention when choosing the right MT4 ECN account.
I am considering signing up for either MB Trading or Thinkforex.
My thinking is that the spreads for MB trading seem to be the tightest around - however with Thinkforex I can trade in my native currency - GBP. Thinkforex does not charge commission - but spread on the majors is slightly wider.
What are your thoughts/advice?
Regards

ThinkForex is a very new broker, namely just registered as a company, I have no information on the quality of their trading services yet. Besides, they haven't obtained any regulation yet.
MB Trading has been around for years, has served hundreds of thousands of clients and is a properly regulated brokerage company.
So, with all the respect to ThinkForex, I still think that you have to consider not the slight variation of pip cost in between the two or the ability to trade in native currency, but the overall reliability & experience factor; namely, be sure that you will be treated fairly in trading regardless your profitability, not worrying about being able to withdraw profits at any moment, know that you can protect your rights in case of broker's misconduct by filing a complaint to a regulatory institution, knowing that your investment is protected in case of insolvency of your broker.

Are there some rules or standard formula being applied or regulated for commission being charged by the ECN Forex brokers to traders? Are commission supposed to be charged at start of the trade even you loss in a trade? As I understand, commission are only charged right after you closed a winning trade. Please advise us.
Thank you so much.

You pay commission similar to paying spreads - it's been charged all the time regardless the results (profit or loss).
