Genuine brokers? Quite a wide question to answer. Every broker is different is quality of their services as wel as the overall business model.

Is it safe to trade with Alma Forex? I don't know, I never traded with this broker. Sorry.

Do you mean Ava FX or Alma Forex?
Either way,
Alma Forex is registered in the Republic of Seychelles.
Ava FX is registered in BVI.
Both brokers don't have any regulatory bodies above them, just local (BVI and Seychelles) laws.
