Oanda does not have a 0.9 pip spread. This is an outright lie. I have an Oanda account and have asked them why they advertise this as a typical spread, when in fact it is very rare to see. Their typical spread is about 1.2 to 1.4pips. In fairness they have other redeeming qualities such as excellent and almost instant customer support with very knowledgeable staff.

Don't base your trading business on trust.
Follow the safest path:
1. Don't let the profits to accumulate into a huge sum. Make regular withdrawals.
2. Open a Forex account with a bank, where you can safely request and receive your withdrawal.

FXCM high high fess :( 2-5 pips per trade arghhhh really bad choice when learning with a micro account. i took out my money because i can't seem to get ahead with my style of trading and they fees i incur. they charge 10 dollars to withdraw :( i'm looking around for a lower fees.
