Windsor brokers have announced their latest competition for 2009 The Volume trader competition. Mini account holders have the opportunity to win US$10,000, in cash. The competition will begin from the 16.11.09 until the 25.12.09. This provides approximately 6 weeks for the trader to accomplish the highest number of lots during the specified period of time.
The steps to enter are simple, for a new client all that is required is to open a mini trading account. For existing clients a minimum deposit of US$250 is needed. The new or existing clients will compete to trade the maximum number of lots possible to win.
The trader who has closed the highest number of lots will receive a CASH PRIZE of US$10,000.

What is the relationship between the spreads and the profit/loss

I'm sorry, but this question doesn't belong to demo contests topic.
Spreads and profit/loss have no direct relationship, but rather should be analyzed in combination with the strategy you'll be using to trade Forex. If you plan to scalp, paying high spreads would certainly kill your trading, in all other cases it all depends on how much you risk, how much you trade and how you manage your trading portfolio.

Yes, I did some time ago.
their dealing model is different from regular brokers. Therefore they cannot be put in brokers category.
They also confirmed it before, when I asked them about their regulatory status.
Swiss regulations require every Forex dealer to have a Swiss banking license. Every other swiss broker who doesn't have such license falls into a non-regulated category.
SwissDealing stated that they do not need a banking license since they don't act as regular brokers, e.g. in particular don't accept/require deposits.
Without any prejudice, I'm calling it a day at this point. I'm listing regular brokers, while SwissDealing is not among them.
P.S. Besides, again without any negative or positive attitude, I wonder while they still continue to call it SwissDealing Beta.
