I´m using FXCM for a month already, and I can´t complain about them, from 100 scalping transactions made last month I only had problem with 1. they allow you to use EA´s and their customer service is A++, they also have live chat with technicians that will guide to to resolve your problem.

FXCM is a large broker, where all novice and experienced traders trade, but I'm sure they have lots of novice accounts, which explains why sometimes the feedback can be negative (lack of trading experience from traders).

yes, FXCM claims to allow scalping.

Dear FXCM, why does your bucket shop tradestation take so long to initialize and takes forever to enter and exit a trade. And your tradestation always d/c or hang on me. If you are still giving proxy change as an excuse. You had better wake up your idea. And stop giving excuses like liquidity issues when u increase your normal spread for EUR/USD to 3 pips on normal conditions.

A true business is not built on lies and deception. Very soon retribution will hit you.
