ECN without commission??? Can't be ECN.. Somebody help please.

in our ECN accounts in 2011 that's mean our commission is 0 now!

any body have checked their FSPR REGULATION?

Since 2 weeks ago.. i ve been try their link about their FSPR REGULATION
BUT THIS LINK ISN'T USEFULL

Finally I make a live cheat for ask about their regulation

And they said that FSPR site is under repair, so their regulation link is cannt be used
strangely, when i tried manually to visit FSPR site (www.business.govt.nz) THERE IS NO PROBLEM.
then I tried fill ECNtradeFX regulation NUMBER FSP55161 in search engine at FSPR site I M NEVER FIND IT

so beware about ETF regulation
(FSP55161)

GURU... would you like to helpme?I m pending for open real account there,
is ETF Regulation is TRUE ECN REGULATED BROKER?

I'm not associated with the company.
I manage a large reputable website that list Forex brokers, and I always verify information about company registration before publishing it, since thousands of traders rely on it every day.

My concern is that I can't verify whether the company is registered with FSP NZ. Therefore my question: please kindly confirm, whether ECN Trade Capital Market Ltd. is currently registered under FSP55161 (or any other number) or if it's been withdrawn.

If an entity is not viewable on the Financial Service Provider Register, then that entity is not eligible to provide financial services to the New Zealand Market.

The entity may need to contact us directly if they have applied for registration as there maybe an issue with FSP registration.
