Basically, to be honest, your chances to sort it out aren't straight forward.

Ava FX is presently registered with Financial Regulator of Ireland.

Try contacting the regulator and ask in very accurate and polite way what kind of protection can they offer to an individual investor and briefly describe your case and ask for guidelines and advice.

I hope you were able to receive your initial deposit back. They must return that no matter what!
Either way, If I had a case like this, I wouldn't let it rest in peace and try to get as much attention form online community as possible. Screenshots and other proofs would help a lot. In the meantime, try also to get a written explanation from AVA FX and review your further options based on that.

AvaFX does not allow scalping. They just say they do - they told me personally over the phone.
I deposited 500$ and when wanted to withdraw my 4500$ profit they said my account is illegal and they will give me back only my deposit money.
They said that all of my trades were opened at a time that I shouldn't have trade in.

hi Why AVAfx is non scalping broker? They told me that scalping is allowed when i was chatting with their live support.
